The 2015 Honda Accord Brings Home Awards
We love the 2015 Honda Accord here at Tri-State Honda Dealers. We’ve always loved the Accord, and the latest version just gives us more reason to adore this spacious mid-size sedan, especially considering all of the awards it has been bringing home. And the latest award is a particularly momentous one. The 2015 Honda Accord has made Car and Driver‘s 10Best American Cars list for the 29th time.
That’s 29 out of the 31 years that the 10Best American Cars list has been compiled by Car and Driver. It’s a record for any vehicle, and it makes us proud to offer you the Accord here at our dealerships.
What Makes the Accord So Special?
So, if the Accord is taking home all of these awards, it must be quite the special car, right? We think so, and we think that now is a great time to go over what it is we adore about this sedan:
- Fuel economy: Under the hood of the 2015 Accord is a four-cylinder engine capable of 185 hp and 181 lb-ft of torque, and yet the 2015 Honda Accord LX with CVT earns an EPA-estimated highway fuel economy of 36 mpg.*
- Standard features: The features of the Accord make it one of the most competitive vehicles on the road, and they have helped redefine what the phrase “standard features” means with amenities like Bluetooth, the i-MID touchscreen infotainment system, and a rearview camera all coming standard.
- Plenty of options: Honda wants to make sure drivers get the exact Accord they want, so in addition to trim levels and upgrade options, they have also given you your choice of sedan, coupe, or hybrid builds. We think there’s an Accord for everyone!
Knowing all of this about the 2015 Honda Accord, were we surprised to hear that it made the 10Best list? Of course not, but we were happy to add another trophy to the Accord’s trophy case.
