Honda Debuts the 2015 Civic Hatchback in Paris
If you’ve been following the news of the Paris Auto Show, you may have heard that the 2015 Honda Civic has a hatchback version, and while it is going to hit the streets of Europe soon, there is no release date for a Civic Hatchback in the United States. European Civic models are on a different platform, but we’ve got both the Sedan and the Coupe in stock and ready for you here at Tri-State Honda Dealers, and we can’t wait to show them to you.
Should I Drive a Civic Sedan or Coupe?
The 2015 Civic Sedan Special Edition (pictured) has been earning its fair share of headlines, but it’s just one of four possible sedan trims. And with three trims available on the Civic Coupe, it’s easy to get just what you want on a 2015 Honda Civic.
- The entry-level Civic LX comes with Bluetooth HandsFreeLink for phone and audio, a touchscreen infotainment system, a rearview camera, steering wheel-mounted controls, Pandora internet radio, SMS texting, and more.
- The new Special Edition (SE) trim level, available only on the sedan, comes with a standard continuously variable transmission (CVT), Honda LaneWatch, exclusive alloy 15-inch alloy wheels, and more.
- Stepping up to the EX trim level adds on push-button start, 16-inch alloy wheels, smart entry, a one-touch power moonroof, and multi-reflector halogen headlamps.
- The top-of-the-line Civic EX-L features 17-inch alloy wheels, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, leather upholstery, heated front seating, eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, and more.
And each of these Civics comes with a 1.8L four-cylinder engine capable of 143 hp.
Test Drive a Civic Today
We’d love to be able to offer the 2015 Civic Hatchback at Tri-State Honda Dealers, but it’s not coming to the US. If you’re interested in a family-friendly hatchback, we recommend the Crosstour, and if you’re seeking a Civic, both the Sedan and Coupe are nice options.
